Return & Exchange Policy – Yansa

At Yansa, we take pride in the quality of our products. Every order is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a wrong product or a defective item, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:


1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

  • Returns/Exchanges are accepted only if:

    • You received the wrong product (different size, design, or color than ordered).

    • You received a defective or damaged product.

  • No returns/exchanges are allowed for reasons such as size issues, dislike of the product, or change of mind.


2. Proof Required

  • You must record a clear unboxing video of the parcel at the time of opening.

  • The video must show the full package opening, product condition, and any issue (wrong/damaged/defective).

  • Without this video proof, we will not be able to process your request.


3. Process

  • Send the unboxing video and order details to our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Once verified, we will provide you with instructions for return/exchange.

  • In case of a valid return, we will either:

    • Send you a replacement product, or

    • Issue a store credit/refund (as per company decision).


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products without unboxing video proof.

  • Products used, washed, or altered after delivery.

  • Products reported after 24 hours of delivery.


5. Shipping for Returns

  • If the return/exchange is approved, Yansa will bear the reverse shipping cost.

  • Customers must pack the product securely in its original packaging for pickup.
